ea Change specialise in providing skills and solutions to Banks, Financial Service providers and IT companies. We have a proud history of providing measurable results, proactive solutions, and powerful support networks, which has allowed us to build and retain enduring relationships with our clients and partners across the world. We pride ourselves on our knowledge based, collaborative and ethical approach and have delivered sustainable change solutions to clients, ranging from providing advice and guidance, to the end-to-end delivery of programmes.
Our eaFutures programme helps connect the brightest graduates with blue chip Financial Services clients who are at the forefront of business transformation. It provides real opportunities for graduates to fast track their careers by entering the project life cycle without having to spend years building their pedigree within operational units.
Successful applicants will join the ea team as a permanent member of staff and will be deployed on site with one of our FS clients for a fixed period, enabling them to build their expertise through a combination of commercial experience, offsite training, and Director level mentorship.
We are interesting on hearing from graduates with the following:
- 2:1 or above ideally from a Russell Group University
- A diplomatic mindset with strong problem solving skills and high attention to detail.
- The desire to take on real responsibility from day one
- The drive and ambition to succeed in an exciting, challenging and highly dynamic environment
- A self-starter – who is both curious and enthusiastic.
We are also interested in graduates with technical and/or mathematical academic qualifications as we have immediate opportunities within analytics .
Although we have opportunities in London, we are interesting in hearing from graduates that are willing to work within the South West and/or Scotland regions.
We expect these roles to be remote based with occasional travel to client sites, so it is imperative candidates can demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and autonomy.
